When does my order ship?
Orders are hand assembled and processed in batches. Under normal circumstances, orders placed before the 25th ship at the start of the following month. Orders placed on or after the 25th ship within four weeks, unless a product page states otherwise.
Will I receive an order email?
PayPal sends the payment receipt after a completed checkout. That receipt confirms that your order was accepted. For any questions, email help@freedomenterprise.pt.
Do I receive tracking?
Yes. PayPal emails the tracking number after the order ships.
Can an order be prepared urgently?
When parts are available, an order can sometimes be assembled outside the regular batch and sent by express shipping. Contact help@freedomenterprise.pt before ordering.
Where are the manuals?
Current manuals and assembly instructions appear on the relevant product page. The downloads page contains older manuals for legacy support.
How is shipping calculated?
The cart calculates shipping from the original shipping value assigned to each product and shows the complete total before PayPal opens.
Warranty
Fully assembled products are covered for one year from the purchase date against manufacturing defects, assembly errors and faulty components.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, reversed power connections, excessive voltage, extreme temperatures or moisture. DIY kits and bare circuit boards are not covered. The customer pays the cost of returning a product for repair or replacement.
